Your membership renewal date will be: Thursday, January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments All ambulatory surgery centers operating in Wisconsin who do not fit the description of Organizational Members shall be considered Affiliate Members. Annual dues for Affiliate Member ASCs is $1,250.

Corporate Member - $1,250.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Corporate membership may be granted to individuals or organizations whose interests align with the goals and activities of WISCA. Corporate membership status is appropriate for organizations who provide services or products to surgical center operations. Annual dues for Corporate Members is $1,250.

Organizational Member (1-25 employees) - $1,250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 25 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Organization has 1-25 employees.

Organizational Member (26-49 employees) - $1,750.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 49 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Organization has 26-49 employees.

Organizational Member (50 or more employees) - $2,250.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Organization has 50 or more employees.
