There are four coaching skills that, when applied to most conversations leaders have, will make the discussion and outcomes better. This workshop provides an overview and practice of those coaching skills and helps participants better understand the difference between coaching, mentoring, training, and giving feedback.
Workshop attendees also receive complementary registration to the Annual Conference.
