WISCA represents and advocates for members’ interests by retaining professional legislative services. Working with a lobbyist, the Legislative Committee meets regularly to monitor developments in the state legislature, act on legislation accordingly, and update members on important issues affecting their ASC. In 2017, WISCA worked with our lobbying team to successfully repeal the ASC Assessment and increase MA funding.
WISCA’s website offers valuable tools that enhance membership. Conveniently manage membership, access WISCA member and Wisconsin ASC directories, view past webinars, view archived editions of member E-newsletters and more online.
WISCA works to promote ASC career opportunities and leadership development to help grow the profession, and to further educate the public about the important role ASCs have in the health care delivery system. Members may post job openings on the website at no charge.
WISCA offers extensive opportunities to become involved in the activities of the association through committees, workgroups and board positions. Develop valuable leadership skills share your experience and contribute to the success of ASC’s in Wisconsin!
Membership in WISCA is based on organizational membership, rather than individual. If your ASC is a member, there is no limit to the number of individuals on your staff who may be included in the membership.
