Andy Engel has been with Hamilton Consulting for 14 years, representing a variety of nationally recognized clients including 3M, American Red Cross, Alliance for Automotive Innovation, Anheuser-Busch, Delta Dental, Harley-Davidson, McCain Foods, Walmart, and Xcel Energy. Prior to joining Hamilton, Andy worked in Wisconsin politics for twelve years, both inside the Wisconsin Capitol as well as directing political organizations and campaigns throughout the state. Andy has been a part-owner of Hamilton Consulting since 2015. Jennifer Kuhn Jennifer Kuhn, RN, BSN, CIC, is a certified infection prevention nurse who works for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI) Prevention Program as a regional infection preventionist. She has 19 years of experience as a registered nurse with the last 9 years in infection prevention. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from UW-Oshkosh and started her career in pediatric nursing holding roles in acute care, neonatal intensive care, and leadership. With a desire to impact patients on a broader level, she shifted her focus to infection prevention. Infection prevention oversight has included acute care hospitals (pediatric and adult), critical access hospital, long term care, inpatient behavioral health, ambulatory clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers. Aneesh Suneja ![]() Aneesh Suneja is a Lean coach, trainer, and co-author of two books on applying Lean principles in healthcare. With nearly 15 years of experience, he has led improvement initiatives across a range of healthcare settings, specializing in ambulatory care. Aneesh is the founder of a patient flow visualization software, eSynchrony, now used by leading institutions such as Children's Wisconsin and UW Health.
